Osteopathic Manual Therapist

Jason is an Osteopathic Manual Therapist who graduated from the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto. He received his D.O.M.P in 2019 and is a registered member of the Alberta Association of Osteopathic Manual Therapists. Jason was drawn to Osteopathic manual therapy from his background in athletics, along with a desire to better understand the body’s mechanical, neurological and self regulation ability. He hopes to use this knowledge to help people better understand how the body works, explaining what he’s doing during the session, why he’s doing it, and what effect it should have to help manage their pain and health concerns.

Jason loves to work with people using his knowledge of manual therapy techniques along with his exercise and rehabilitation background to help manage your health and injury concerns.

During his free time Jason loves being out in nature and sports. Jason enjoys living a healthy lifestyle, incorporating fitness and wellness in his life through exercise, hiking, being active in sports and skiing.

Jarod Huhtala

Certified Athletic Therapist, CAT (C)

Jarod is a Certified Athletic Therapist, and currently enrolled in a master’s in science in osteopathic manipulation. He specializes in manual therapy and functional exercise application.

For as long as he can remember, he's been very interested in anatomy. He grew up playing soccer, basketball, badminton and volleyball, and would wind up with his fair share of injuries keeping him on the sideline. This led to mixing his passion with anatomy with exercise and rehabilitation, with a goal of keeping people active and engaged in their interests for as long as possible.

One of the main drivers behind his work is his father, who has suffered with Chiari and has been consistently turned away from healthcare providers due to the complexity of his pain. He wants to be a practitioner that can help anyone find health and find hope.

He's excited to bring his passions and experience to MET Health! He speaks English and French, and is looking forward to meeting new people!

Maximillian Krewiak

Registered Massage Therapist, RMT

Maximillian Krewiak is a Registered Massage Therapist, trained through a 2200-hour clinical program at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy. His work focuses on helping clients move better and feel more at ease in their bodies, particularly those experiencing chronic pain, persistent tension, or recovering from physical training.

He takes a practical, patient-centred approach, combining hands-on treatment with a strong understanding of how the nervous system influences pain and movement. Each session is tailored, goal-oriented, and designed to create meaningful, lasting change beyond the treatment table.

Max has completed additional training in visceral manipulation through the Barral Institute. This approach focuses on the movement and interaction of internal tissues, and how restrictions within the fascial system surrounding the organs can impact pain, posture, and overall function. When appropriate, he integrates these techniques to support more comprehensive and lasting results.

Outside of his clinical work, Max has a strong passion for athleticism, mountain sports, and running, which continues to shape his interest in anatomy and functional biomechanics.

He looks forward to helping you move with greater ease and supporting a more regulated, resilient nervous system.
